Ingredients
8 ounces Neufchâtel cream cheese ⅓ less fat cream cheese- room temp
¾ cup nonfat greek yogurt 6 ounces- room temp
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Note: It is very important that these ingredients are brought to room temperature for the smoothest dip. If you don’t, your dip won’t be as smooth. You can pop the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds if needed!- In the bowl of a stand mixer or with an electric hand mixer, use your whisk attachment (if available otherwise regular beaters are fine) to beat cream cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until the dip is creamy and smooth.
- Serve with your favorite fruit!
