Abraham has spent over two decades immersed in fitness, strength training, and nutrition. With a background rooted in sports and competitive bodybuilding, he’s competed in six shows across three seasons—consistently placing in the top three. His approach brings structure, consistency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build strength and long-term results.
Amy brings that same level of dedication through a different lens. With over two decades as an active runner and a passion for nutrition, she’s built a career in coaching—helping others navigate wellness in a way that feels both approachable and sustainable. Her ongoing education in nutrition and wellness management keeps her grounded in both experience and evolving research.
