A healthy, high-protein strawberry pretzel salad bowl made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and pretzels. It's sweet, salty, and packed with 20g of protein!

Ingredients
½ cup thawed frozen strawberries, chopped if needed
½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 5.3 oz container low-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
1 5.3 oz container cottage cheese, I used Good Culture low fat
¼ cup crushed/chopped pretzels, I used Kindling protein pretzels
2 Tablespoons thawed Truwhip or Coolwhip
Method
- Add yogurt, cottage cheese, thawed frozen berries, pretzels and cool whip into a bowl.
- Mix to combine, top with fresh strawberries and enjoy right away.
- Storage: Mix everything except the pretzels and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add the pretzels and fresh strawberries right before serving so they stay crisp and juicy.
