Ingredients
2 cups oats
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (1 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Method
- Add the oats to a blender and blend until you get a fine oat flour.
- Add the oat flour, protein powder, and salt to a bowl and mix.
- Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and stir.
- Slowly add the almond milk or water until a thick dough forms. Use your hands if needed. You may not need all of the liquid.
- Line a container with parchment paper and press the dough firmly into the container.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and gently press them into the dough.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy.
