Ingredients
1/2 cup dry oats
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T Chia seeds
1 T pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
optional toppings: crushed walnuts, 1 T granola
nutrition facts do not include toppings
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Method
Mix all ingredients together except toppings, pour into a glass or bow and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Add toppings if desired.
