Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper optional
1 cup freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
6 flour or corn tortillas fajita/taco size, 6-inch
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
Olive oil or cooking spray
¼ cup fat free ranch dressing plus additional for dipping
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne ,green onion, and cheese. Divide into 6 equal portions.
- Lay each tortilla flat and place a portion of the filling in the center. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks. Place a single layer in the air fryer seam-side down.
- Place taquitos into the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly mist with cooking spray (cook in batches if needed). Air fry at 380°F for 8-12 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, dip with ranch, and DEVOUR!
